Caity’s birthday started quite early than her ordinary days. We attended the 8 am Mass. Since it’s the feast day of St. Monica (the mother of St. Augustine), the priest said that the Mass celebration is dedicated to all the mothers who sacrificed and prayed for their children. He further said that their prayers might not be answered immediately (in case of St. Monica, her prayers were answered after 18 years) … So today is for both of us, mother and child.
Thank you Lord for this special day!

Oh oh, i posted my birthday greetings in a previous entry, i wasn’t looking at the date

hmmm so you had your Eucharistic celebration already, that’s good, as this is the BEST thanksgiving celebration we can ever have – the Holy Mass. I offer one for Caity too. Sure, we thank God no end for baby Caite!
