When Caity was still around 2 years old, her favorite vegetable to munch on was cucumber. She also loves to eat fruits so we always keep stock of fresh produce at home. I tried feeding her then with fresh bell peppers and tomatoes but she didn’t like it. Fast forward to present, Caity now likes bell peppers (but only the yellow & red) and cherry tomatoes too! If your kids refuse to eat certain vegetables now, let some time pass and re-introduce it to them. Who knows, they might give those vegetables a second chance.
Here’s the kid after her nap, having an afternoon snacks of carrots sticks, yellow & red bell peppers, cherry tomatoes, bread with butter and some dried sausages.
Those are fresh alright, my kids prefer to nibble on crunchy vegetables compared to cooked, soft ones.

Good to see your kid at least happy trying those veggies. My god my 2 year kid is feels very disturbing whenever me or my wife used to introduce him with veggies. I think now I’ll give a break as you said will try to introduce him with veggies after some days. Thanks
