Last weekend we went cherry-picking. As usual, Caity was all over the place, exploring her new surroundings. Everything was new to her including the experience, so she really had a lot of fun!
She also wanted to be the little helper in everything the adults do. Wait until you grow bigger Caity!
Caity wants to climb the ladder too!

Reaching for the cherries.

Looking for strawberries under the leaves.

Caity with the cherries. “Are you counting them Caity?”

Resting in the bench.

Picking red currants.

Caity is all dressed up and ready to go, but do you know where to? Make a guess! =)

Read the story here.
Enjoy the pictures below.
When she’s out of her stroller, Caity is up on her toes, running around the zoo. It”s hard to keep up with her!

Posing with the bear while eating crackers:

Happy girl!

Amazed with the giraffes:

Looking for more animals to chase…

Watch out Caity! You might hit your head!
Fearless Caity reaches for the goat:

Amused with the kid jumping down from the tree stump:

Yehey! Spring in Prague! Caity was out to enjoy such a wonderful day.

Come!

“It feels good to walk under the sun….”

“Can I ride on this?”
————————————————–
Caity was interested with the firebugs on the ground… There were plenty of them!

Have a happy weekend everyone!
Since Caity’s nasal problem and the unpredictable weather hasn’t improved yet (sometimes it’s sunny, sometimes it’s rainy!), I’m still keeping her under “house arrest”. And worse, I’m not feeling good either.
Today she turned 19 months old! =) I let the poor kid have fun with water to celebrate this special day. hehe
Splash!!!

Sorry no cake for you Caity dear. Mom is feeling a bit sick. =(
Toddlers can do many risky actions when adults aren’t closely watching them (and even when we’re watching them!). We just turn our attention a bit to other things and there they are, doing stuff they’re not supposed to do. Like what happened the other day…

Caity looks comfortable enough where she’s sitting on, right? You’ve got to see where she was coz the moment I saw her there, my heart beat wildly.
She actually climbed over the sofa and into the cabinet where big Teddy was! Not the safest place for a little girl like her!

Resting on big Teddy’s lap!

It seems she’s happy with her find – a soft and comfortable place to sit on.
And even when I took the stuffed toy away , she still came back to same spot bringing a book with her. Achhhhh!

She even stood there and danced. But of course I was holding her hand. I’ll post the video of that next time.
Have a nice day everyone! =)

Here’s the link to Caity in the farm (if you’ve missed it).
Dad’s relative owns plenty of chickens, also game cocks (chicken used for cockfighting) much to Caity’s amusement. She was so happy to see many chickens which she fondly chased around.
Running towards the chicken.

Yeeeehaaaaaa! Here I come!!!
O-oh! She fell on the ground and we all came rushing to her rescue including the one taking photos (ME!). That explains why there’s no pic of that. I’m glad she wasn’t hurt at all.

No pain eh?
But just a little complaint…

My hands are all dirty now.
Caity’s new friends:

The guys taking care of these game cocks jokingly predicted that Caity might become a sabungera when she grows up coz she’s very fond of chickens. Tag-iya guro sang manokan para asal! hehe

Just some updates on Caity:
*I found out last week that she has two new molars growing, one on each sides at the lower part of her mouth. She has now a total of 8 teeth!
*She’s got the Sesame Street alphabets and numbers flashcards which she refers to as “two”. Two being the easiest word she can pronounce when we start to count off. She also calls her shoes “two”. Shoes, two. They almost sound the same sans the s. hehe
More words she can say:
Nose – noe
Eyes = eye
Ears = ea
Banana = nana
Apple = pol
Barney = baaa
Flower = fwawa
Water = kaka (how did it become kaka?)
and a lot more…
*Last December, she was fond of moving her head from side to side when she means no and lately she’s doing the action with a string of na, na, na… which sometimes sounds like na-a or ne.
*A couple of weeks ago she also learned how to nod her head when she means yes.
*She sends me flying to the moon with happiness everytime she kisses me on the cheek!!!
*Though she calls all men, papa and women, mama, she knows who auntie or uncle is or who papa or mommy is. Like when you tell her, “kiss auntie” or “give this to mommy” she knows who to go to and do what she’s asked to do.
Till next update!

READING!!!
Everybody guessed it right except for Prague Connection! Hahaha…
But what book is she reading?

Can you read the title of the book?
If it’s not so clear, here’s more:

She’s learning how to be rich at such a young age.

Keep reading and learning Caity, and in the future, don’t forget to share your blessings!

Congratulations to you all who guessed it right:

Denise
Angel
Mizé
And thanks for the compliment Queen!
